• Registration closes on 31 May 2024.
• Registered participants will be offered lunches from 13–16 July, refreshments during coffee breaks, and full-day excursion on 15 July incl. bus transfer and symposium dinner.
• Thanks to the support of the funding bodies listed below, no registration fee is charged.

Accommodation
• The organizers offer a range of lodging options from affordable dormitories to hotel accommodation in the city centre. Certain options can be booked through the organizers upon registration, some hotels are to be booked directly by participants using a password for discount. Individual booking in further accommodation facilities is also possible.
• Please note that booking is subject to availability. Only consider your booking completed when confirmed per e-mail.
• Participants are kindly asked to pay for their accommodation individually upon arrival.
A) Lodging to be booked through the organizers upon registration:
Kolej 17. listopadu (students’ dormitory)
Pátkova 3, Praha 8 WEB – MAP
• This dormitory offers accommodation in flat cells, it means two rooms have common toilet, shower and kitchen. There are study rooms, laundry room, lounge, gym, mini market etc. No breakfast. The distance from the conference venue is about 5.5 km/25 min by bus and tram.
• Price: approx. € 22 (CZK 550 per person per night)

• Accommodation in simple rooms, common facilities, common kitchen, no breakfast, about 4.3 km form the conference venue/25 min by tram.
• approx. € 20 (CZK 400 per person per night + CZK 200 bedding + CZK 50 city fee per person per night)

• Hotel belonging to the Czech Academy of Science, 3.6 km from the conference venue/25 min by tram, breakfast included.

• Hotel of Charles University, walking distance from the conference venue (1 km/15 min by foot), breakfast included.

• Hotel belonging to the Ministry of Education, walking distance from the conference venue (1.1 km/16 min by foot), breakfast included.
• Price: approx. € 100 per night (CZK 2500 per single room per night, CZK 3150 per double room + CZK 50 city fee per person per night)
• NB. The last double room is available (as of April 25)

• Nice hotel a little bit further away from the conference venue (1.6 km/24 min by foot or 15 min by tram), breakfast included.
